I really like the size of mma classes. I get to focus on more of the areas that I need help with

I have been a client for 2 years and have nothing but great things to say about Xcel performance. After my back injury I needed someone with the knowledge and education on physical training to make a full recovery. I am back to full activity and in great shape. I highly recommend it!

Jeremy put together a great workout routine that targeted the goals we had gone over during our consultation. I benefitted greatly from his expertise. Highly recommended!

Julie worked with me for six months and helped me reach my goal weight--a drop of 15 pounds! In my program, she provided nutritional counseling and provided a binder that I could take home, which was incredibly beneficial. I still have the list of healthy foods that I should be eating tacked onto my refrigerator, and it serves as a great reminder several months later. Julie also incorporated workouts into my program. We met once a month and my sessions were tailored to my needs and goals. After 6 months, I walked away 15 pounds leaner and more confident than I'd felt in years. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend Julie and Xcel Performance!

Julie is great! She really worked with my schedule and budget when she created a workout plan. I really felt like she cared about my progress and made sure my goals were obtainable. I would highly recommend if you are looking to get in better shape.

I have been working with Julie for almost two years. I have never made fitness a lifestyle until now (in my early 40s) and I truly enjoy it. I thank Julie for that. She is a great trainer with just the right amount of motivation to keep pushing you to next level without injury.
