Impact Strong is absolutely amazing! Not only do you have amazing instructors and staff that know your name when you come in, buuuuut the whole team work-out atmosphere is fabulous! Kinda like Cheers :) We all encourage each other as we get through each round of exercise.... more
12/20/2018- Impact Strong used to be a great place. Recently they have lost 3 instructors and now it's the owner instructing. Just isnt the same. I canceled my membership but he is continuing to charge my accounts.... more
