Coming out of a long winter, I needed to get back into rhythm. This bootcamp was perfect, especially for one month. Elise, Stephanie and Amy do a very great job in pushing your limits. The workouts are what you make of it. The instructors teach you the routine and its up to you to push yourself and have a good workout. I had a lot of classes with Stephanie because of the schedule, I recommend her. She's very observant and makes sure everyone is doing good form and exercises correctly. I also like her taste in music, very energetic and pump up. A good month of this will get you back into a routine where you can start on your own.

It's hard to believe i got that much of a workout in 45 min! Definitely a great way to start the new year!
I have been attending the early morning classes and I absolutely love them. Each day brings a new workout! Elise and Amy are very motivating and their circuits are challenging. I have seen a big change in my endurance, strength, and agility.
