This gym has made me really like the Crossfit world. Josh is an excellent and personable coach, who knows what he's doing, and makes sure you are doing the right move. All the members, with different fit levels, are so friendly and help each other, this is one of my favorite things, the atmosphere, and It's so much fun!
Great gym, great group of people and owner. Highly recommend this place.

CrossFit Wheaton is a great place to workout! Josh does an awesome job programming and scaling each workout to each individual's current abilities. CrossFit Wheaton met all my goals: close to home, social and not boring. Come join us!
This gym is fantastic! The workout area is always clean and this is one of the few crossfit gym's that I have been to with a shower!! The owner and main instructor Josh really knows his stuff. He makes sure that your form is perfect and your movement patterns are safe. All crossfit gym's are not created equal but you are in great hands here. If your looking to get in the best shape of your life, stay on top of your health, or just simply be more active, this gym is the place to be.
