I have been training with Dan for over four years. I need a trainer who is sensitive to my limitations and still gives me a challenging workout. Dan's workouts keep me strong, flexible, and toned. During workouts, he is totally focused on me. He is always teaching me how to improve each exercise to get the most benefit. Dan is a really good trainer. I highly recommend him.

Dan is a great trainer; thoughtful and knowledgeable! He focuses on strengthening the entire body, but works in particular to help you to overcome specific issues you may have. He creates workouts you can then carry through with on your own. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a trainer!

I started meeting with Daniel as a way to introduce myself to working at the gym and to develop proper forms. During this time, he has demonstrated to me an immense amount of knowledge about the workings of the body and its capabilities.
In terms of the actual sessions, Daniel and I focused on the core, strength, and some cardio. For each of these, he would not hesitate to show the best stretch to remove tightness in an area or to improve my form. And, to top it all off, he's incredibly nice and pretty funny.

I met Daniel Lew, at a critical time for my health. I surpassed even the goals that I set for myself and my physician is so pleased with my results! I could not of done it without Daniel. I highly recommend him !
