I started meeting with Daniel as a way to introduce myself to working at the gym and to develop proper forms. During this time, he has demonstrated to me an immense amount of knowledge about the workings of the body and its capabilities.
In terms of the actual sessions, Daniel and I focused on the core, strength, and some cardio. For each of these, he would not hesitate to show the best stretch to remove tightness in an area or to improve my form. And, to top it all off, he's incredibly nice and pretty funny.
