Complete Frauds! They have taken money from automatic payment even though the clubs are closed and took the money without reimbursement. Called them -nobody is there to pick up and sent email and no response!! Absolutely disappointed since I thought they are a professional and honest company! Hope others also complain to the better business bureau about their fraudulent business practices.
Isabella at the front desk is the best! The last 2 years, always smiling and great energy. She makes the club a great place to workout. Thanks for all you do! Great facilities and price. The manager Matt and his team care!
I was a member of this gym for two years. In terms of equipment and offerings, it is pretty good. Definitely needs more space for mat work, but lots of cardio machines and weights. I liked that tanning was included, but I never noticed much color from the sessions, and I usually tan pretty easily. I gave it three stars because they have quite a few hidden fees, and their freeze/cancellation policies are a bit complicated. I didn't notice that my account had been "unfrozen", and they wouldn't refund me for the two months that I paid without realizing it. The front desk staff could be more helpful as well, especially over the phone. Overall unless you live really close, I would recommend just joining your local park district.
Great gym for the price. In terms of size, it's small but has all the essentials you would need to have a satisfying workout.
Unfortunately the men's lockers always smell like fresh puke, especially in the toilet areas. And the water from the fountain is always Luke warm. If these were fixed, it works be a 5 star gym.
Need improvement - few feedback points -
1. Need to have wet wipes to clean equipment.
2. Should have Wi-fi.
3. Should have more light, currently looks little dark and dull.
4. Too many machines in small place, looks little congested.
Hope management work on these soon.
Willing to work with you, if you run into any problems. The locker rooms are 5 star clean every time I come in and that is a huge plus in my book. It isn't necessarily crowded or super busy but... They could use more area for benches, to use with the free weights. They have plenty of free weights located all throughout the gym but they don't go very high in weights. (dumbbells, I think 85 max?) Definitely would say check it out.

It's never crowded, the equipment is always clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly. I'm working with their personal trainer Georgi for a couple months now and I have to say he is the best. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition and the human body. Georgi definitely knows what he is talking about and I've learned so much from him about how my body works. I'm always looking forward to my sessions with him. It's always fun but effective and Georgi always encourages me that I can do the things I think I can't do. I've become much stronger and really got to know that I'm capable of doing so many things I didn't know I could do. I highly recommend Georgi and Crunch Fitness.

Everything is ok, except for staff. They are just there that's it. They don't bother if a client needs your help. May be they are not trained or taught to help the clients. It's just plug n play. No help no guidance . You are on your own

The one on one personal training they provide and group classes are definitely one of the best out there! I had my first session with Alex where he got to know me personally and also asked about my goals and needs. He also gave me a few tips to improve my workouts! He was very professional and I could tell he has a great passion for helping people. If you are looking for a local gym with many options definitely give Crunch Fitness a try!

I do not like the Crunch Fitness Center due to them overcharging my account and hidden fees.
I signed up through my Insurance company thetefore, my insurance company taken payments from my account and paid the fitness center...well I found out that Crunch fitness was not only being paid from my account through my insurance but they were taking funds from my personal account... I was paying then twice and when I send them emails I get the run around
Large facility with new equipment, including unique pieces like 2 dedicated squat/deadlift racks, heavy punching bags, AstroTurf/sled, etc. Always kept clean. Can't ask for much more...except maybe another cable machine
Great gym in schaumburg with two floors, cardio upstairs (elevator is available) and weights in the first floor, moreover, group workout classes offered regularly throughout the week. Also, tanning and a hydro-massage bed are included in the Peak membership.
This place works well for me because of the location and reasonable price. Facility is kept clean and equipment is well maintained only left out of order briefly at times. Staff is attentive and always available to help.
Inexpensive. Nice staff. Not enough squat racks and it can get crowded.
By far the best gym for the money. This is no planet fitness and they actually let you lift heavy if you want. Super friendly staff and knowledgeable. Have tanning, supplement drinks and bars as well as hydro massage.
Staff always helpful, but cleanliness is less than it used to be. Everyone needs to be reminded to thoroughly wipe down equipment when done, that is one of the reasons I use Clorox wipes when finished.
Everyone at Crunch Fitness in Schaumburg is kind and easy to work with. They set me up with a personal trainer and he rocks! The hours they are open are perfect for me and the facility has a ton of options with classes.
Crunch Schaumburg is great. They have all of the equipment that you could possibly need, and also have great amenities. The place is always clean and kept up nicely. The only negative is the water filter seems to be "red/bad" quite often, but I would assume that's from so much use. It would be amazing if there was another drinking fountain on the upper level. Love it here!

Well I'm going to be 57 and I've been letting myself go.. I need to get back in shape. You guys are right by my work So I have no excuse!! I went today for the first time!! And I love it!! I'll be there tomorrow morning too! Everyone is very helpful and nice!!
Staff I dealt with made me feel welcome. Gym has a good feel to it, and good energy.
If you ever take a membership at this place or any crunch fitness check the policy even if you cancel without using their services you are charged $50 cancellation fee and when you call they say you are signed with that as first thing since you are in contract and to me its a rip off as I never even stepped to the gym except to cancel the membership after 30 days passed so technically I just thought of living with having to pay for the gym for the second month but saying 50$ cancellation fee sounds like a rip off.
I usually check and I understand there is cancellation fee and when I signed up the member said no cancellation fee if I cancelled it within 60 days (yes its usually 30 days but they had some promo running) and I don't had any documentation with me and its frustrating when you go cancel the reception people don't even have basic sense to inform you that the cancellation fee is there and I am surprised to see the charges after 30 days of cancellation so beware of this CRUNCH FITNESS SCAM !!!!
Excellent gym to belong to. Always clean. Equipment in New condition. Staff is very friendly. Especially Roger who signed us up.
Peak membership holder for one month. Group fitness has been my ultimate go-to: Medium group sizes make it easy to follow the teacher's routine. One class out of three where teacher's microphone did not work. Lots of options for group fitness- lunch break or evening class throughout the week!

Great gym during slow times. It can be difficult to get a rack or a bench during busy times. They have most of the typical machines and equipment and plenty of equipment for cardio. One down side is that there are no towels available for members or paper towels in the locker room but the showers and lockers are clean.
Nice staff, clean and safe epuipment. Would definitely recommend this facility to friends
