Great place to workout, equipment is well taken care of, facility is always clean, staff is incredibly helpful and the trainers are excellent!

I only took coaching for one month had to drop of due to Change of place . I started to see results from 2nd week itself . I would love to go back to sessions ASAP

This community is amazing! As are the coaches, owner, equipment, class offerings... I could go on! I definitely recommend Flo CrossFit and the Flo group to anyone!

Not much of a "Crossfitter" but I like to throw some variance in my training. Came across this gym in November of 2015, the atmosphere allowed me to rededicate myself especially when compared to the commercial gym setting. The coaches and athletes are a strong community with an efficient focused work ethic.

Best crossfit box in the NW suburbs. Can't be the coaching and programming. They are always running deals and competition. Everyone is involved and the community is great. Absolutely a top notch facility.

The coaches are great. I had to switch boxes because we moved and it's really a great facility. The CF family is small, which means you pretty much get one on one training most classes! It's clean, the people are nice, the coaches are intelligent, and it's affordable! Win win win!

Good people at flo always looking to help all experience levels. Even when you go at off class hours they are willing to give you coaching. Best rush you can get for the money!

I've been a part of this community for just over 7 months and the atmosphere here is absolutely amazing! From the dedication of the members to the facility itself there isn't a weak spot to be found. 10 out of 10, would clang and bang

Sic gym! I've always been really active, and Crossfit has gotten me in better shape than ever. Big thanks to all the great coaching at FLO. Don't hesitate in starting Crossfit here, best gym in the burbs!

Dropped in a few times for the Powerfit games workouts last year and this year! Gym is clean and well kept which is a big plus! Great coaches and friendly staff as well! If you are in the Palatine area then Flo is worth visit!
