"Really enjoyed the 60 minute tough workouts in a small group setting where half the time is spent on strength training and the other half on conditioning. Coaches are experienced and knowledgeable and create a fun atmosphere for the athletes. In addition, they provide helpful information on nutrition. It didn't take long before my husband and I saw great results. It's like you have your own personal coach but at a fraction of the price of a personal trainer. Workouts are improvised to each athletes strengths and weaknesses to maximize results. If you are looking for functional training to get fit, to get strong, to get trim or bulk up, this is a great place for it. Don't expect a fancy gym, but you can definitely expect great results."
