Terrible customer service. Whenever I called it always goes to voice message and no one ever picks up the phone . Very dirty and unorganized inside. The staff is very rude and unprofesional. I would no go here. Now i go across the street to HART 4 HART. Great place.

Great facility. The trainers are very knowledgeable and the workouts and meal plans are great

I only took coaching for one month had to drop of due to Change of place . I started to see results from 2nd week itself . I would love to go back to sessions ASAP . And I recommended to all my friends and collegues. Best in the business.

Body design pro is a very good place to go to build muscle and get in shape. Everyone is very nice and motivates everyone to keep doing more .

Group Exercise program tailored to my needs. The trainers David and Charlie are very involved and encouraging. They listen to you and adjust the program accordingly. I have seen good improvements in my strength levels over a 2 month period exercising 3 to 4 times a week. The exercise group is about 5-6 and are very encouraging to each other.

Good group workouts too.

"Really enjoyed the 60 minute tough workouts in a small group setting where half the time is spent on strength training and the other half on conditioning. Coaches are experienced and knowledgeable and create a fun atmosphere for the athletes. In addition, they provide helpful information on nutrition. It didn't take long before my husband and I saw great results. It's like you have your own personal coach but at a fraction of the price of a personal trainer. Workouts are improvised to each athletes strengths and weaknesses to maximize results. If you are looking for functional training to get fit, to get strong, to get trim or bulk up, this is a great place for it. Don't expect a fancy gym, but you can definitely expect great results."
