Great place to workout, equipment is well taken care of, facility is always clean, staff is incredibly helpful and the trainers are excellent!

This fitness center has all that you will need. Very clean and staffs are very friendly. Shout out to Nick, the manager, who was very helpful in helping me figure out a problem I had in canceling the membership as I moved to Michigan. Thank you, Nick! Always so friendly and going out of your way to address my issues to get things sorted out. I've been to other gyms but no one really cares when the member has to leave but this was a pleasant experience. When I move back, I'll join back!

Great place to get your sweat and strength on! Usually hit it up during off peak hours and end up having the whole gym to myself, but even the rush hour isn't that bad either!

Very nice gym to workout at. Has all the essentials and then some. Best part bout the gym is that it is always well kept and clean. Try out their tanning beds!!

The facility is conveniently located and the folks that workout there are nice and considerate. There have been issues with cleanliness (running out of wipes, the equipments has lots of dust on it, bathrooms are hit or miss as are towels). This wouldn't be a deal-breaker deal except the owner has the audacity to charge members (twice a year) for cleaning fees. While the owner responded to cleanliness complaints via email, I think he could be more pro-active. My advice would be to hire a cleaning person to come in daily and wipe down every machine and clean the bathrooms and it would be a good value for the money.

Clean, relatively new gym with high quality equipment in excellent condition. Not the biggest gym, but has all the essentials: machines, freeweights, trx, cardio, and classroom. Both this gym and LA fitness are far better options than Xsport nearby.

At first I thought the place was cool, 24 hours, and classes on demand. Then, as I got to use the facilities, it's not clean. The bathrooms smell and the showers are dirty. This place is very very small so you would think that "cleaned very well daily" would be easy but not so...dirty. Otherwise, I had a personal trainer rush me off of a piece of gym equipment during my morning routine. He wasn't even using the machine or standing anywhere close by. He was weird. You can't use tanning or hydro massage in the same day either. So of the three complaints none of them have been addressed by the manager or the store. I'm asking for a refund.

Will Open July 2015. I talked to staff over the phone (June 2015) in regards to this Palatine location. There is going to be 2 showers, some restrooms, 24 hour access w/ card, and a separate area for scheduled classes. Memberships are 33-39 dollars, I was told. There will be 70 dollar enrollment fee for people who do not sign up before the opening of the location. The call-taker was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Before even going there, my first impressions are optimistic.
It sound like the location is going to be store-front gym. It's very doubtful that it'd have things like swimming or basketball court, but I was told it did have tanning, which would fall under privileges of higher paying members ($39/mo. service). So far, it sounds like a gym comparable to Snap Fitness, but perhaps a tad larger.
I will try to update my review later, and will likely become a member, due to the fact the Snap fitness in Palatine has no showers. The Snap in Fox River Grove has showers and I have nothing bad to say about the Fox River Grove Snap Location; it's a quality place. I just want to find a closer gym w/ showers and adequate weight machines, pull up bar, and free weights.

We love this gym!!!
My daughter & I can't say enough good things about the staff & facility. Staff is always friendly & helpful.
The gym equipment is awesome & the place is always clean. It's never over crowed like other gyms. I would recommend it to anymore wanting to get in shape in a fun environment.

I love this gym. Staff is super friendly and nice, the facilities are constantly being cleaned, they have tanning, private showers and towel service (which I'll admit is one of my favorite things about it.. nothing like a wet towel in your gym bag all day!). I also love that even when it's "busy" I can usually still get a treadmill.

This gym is especially clean and the staff is so friendly. Both Anytime Fitness's I have been to have been expceptional...but I do have to say, the new equipment here is awesome!
