I love the boot camp classes here! As a yoga instructor, I love to take a class that has more cardio and weight training! Additionally, the owners of this place are incredible kind and enthusiastic about fitness!

So great to have a place where kids can learn how to work out correctly and get some great exercise. Definitely something that was needed and it was great - these kids really worked hard with the trainer!
