Great gym. My girlfriend and I started going here to get in shape and love it. The instructors are top notch,they are very patient, helpful, and never talk to down to you.

Awesome squad of trainers/coaches. Very informative, continuous engagement in showing proper form & technicalities, & are proactive in your health & safety during the workout movements.
Only shortfall is the parking. Most people park in the back. They also offer boxing Tues & Thurs which is included in the membership.

Morning classes are early enough 5-6am & 6-7am, good for working individuals. Staff are conscious of every individuals skill sets and answers all questions asked. Parking can be a drag, but they do offer student discount which is about half off.
