Great place to get fit for people of all ages. The staff is great and helpful. Love my yoga and water aerobics classes. There is a class for everyone no matter what level your at and you can workout on the machines yourself. So happy to have this place in my community.

Been going here for over a year and this gym is great. I'm very impressed by its cleanliness.
Great place to work out. Never crowded and very clean. Has pool, sauna, steamroom and hot tub. All the amenities. A little pricey but same cost as anyplace around Orland with a pool. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

If you are anywhere near the area, take a minute and check them out. You won;t be disappointed.

The classes are great!!! Everyone was so nice and motivated me!! Loved how you get to workout at you own pace.Coach was amazing!

Would give five stars but not too many equipment is there, shower area need a lot upgrades. Otherwise love privacy in women's locker room , sound a, steam room and whirlpool, awesome!!! But after all is too expensive

Excellent gym, and I have been to many. Entire pool area being closed for two months for a complete repair and paint job. Tons of classes and every piece of equipment you need available. Staff is always pleasant and the trainers have their cv on the wall. Easy join with options to suspend for students of for injuries. I love this gym.

I cannot say enough good things about this place, but I want to focus on their physical therapy clinic. IT IS WONDERFUL! As someone who has frequented Athletico and ATI over the past 8 years, I have been well versed in PT... But i have not had an experience remotely close to the experiences I have here. The therapists are friendly, knowledgeable and sincere. They push you when you need to be pushed and scale back when you need to take a break. They walk you through each move and provide you with home sheets detailing the moves so that you can continuously progress each time you come in. I will continue to refer any one I know that needs physical therapy here.
Ps - you don't need a membership to see the physical therapists! Its through Palos hospitals systems and your insurance. What a wonderful hidden gem!
Ive been at the gym for a while. This is the least crowded gym in the area. Super clean and tons of space to work. It has everything you need. 10 stars from me.
My class was amazing, the full workout was fun and I believe my weight goals is reachable now.
Love this place. Wonderful whirlpool, warm therapy pool and swimming lanes. Great classes. Many machines and even a massage place.
Unhelpful, unwelcoming, nitpicking, prickly, supervisor " Ray ".... nasty with a NeverEnding repertoire of caustic retorts.
Other weekdays staff at front desk not welcoming either.
Spa shower takes 25 minutes for hot water to flow.
Spa shower is missing tile on the floor (a tripping hazard).
Spa shower has no emergency cord for assistance.
Therapy pool ceiling has plainly visible large sheets of paint falling off the ceiling into the pool.
When I used the women's locker rooms they WERE NOT CLEAN ... The showers were moldy and the women's hot tub regularly had a ring of MOLD /the internal side / just above water level.
The whole place needs a good scouring, as well as, significant refurbishing.
The parking lot is torn up ( as usual).
The parking is also, and has historically been, not enough for the size of the building especially at class time!!!
The inadequate parking comes equipped with moronic social justice warriors leaving highly verbally violent notes on people's car windshields due to the grossly limited parking space issues!!...
Administration neither bothers to respond nor monitor.
The women's locker room attendant " Kathy S" neither cleans much nor attends much to the towels.... she simply stands around talking.... and disrespectfully barks if you ask her for a towel when you're soaking wet & cold.
Club director repeatedly notified of cleaning staff issues... very dismissive... to the point of laughing and joking about it.

I have had nothing but a great experience at this place. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the free towel service is excellent.
My experience was with rehab at the health and fitness center. I was so pleased with my results.
Best gym ever! Has everything you can want in a gym, including awesome staff! Very clean. They also offer massage therapy and facials, great therapist! Def. Worth a membership!
Went for aquatic physical therapy. Had Mike for a therapist and he really kicked my butt. Have had 3 back surgeries and can recommend it enough. A great experience if you're in constant pain like I was.
Beautiful facility. Friendly staff. There are lots of class schedules to fit anyone's schedule. My only complaint is the price. It's a bit high for residents.
This is an incredibly well equipped health club. There are plenty of aerobic and resistance machines as well as rooms for free weights and floor workouts. There are 2 pools, a full size gym and studios used a wide assortment of group classes. And all classes are included in the price of membership!
But this is more than your usual health club. This center makes it a priority to serve those of us who require exercise just to keep our conditions under a semblance of control. I have Multiple Sclerosis and OPHFC offers both MS Yoga (in chairs) and MS Aqua. Both are designed and taught to let those like me move as much as possible but not too much. Others come to the center with Parkinson's, stroke, cardiac and pulmonary problems. And much more. The warm water pool is perfect for those suffering joint problems. And all staff is trained to handle those of us with special needs. Even the machines are place far enough apart to make wheelchair and walker access possible.
If you want a full feature health club, you won't be disappointed. But if your really NEED to exercise and feel intimidated or ignored by other clubs, this is the PERFECT place for you.
The pools here are wonderful and necessary. As the only indoor, heated pool in the area, residents from all over the southwest suburbs rely on it for healing and therapy in addition to fitness, fun aqua classes and a general sense of community.

Equipment, personnel, cleanliness, pools etc. all top notch. Best fitness center in the south-southwest suburbs. Pulmonary rehab brought me here a couple of years ago, and this facility is now a permanent part of my daily living.
Best health club in the area. Good equipment and great staff.
