Best location I've been too. Great management that takes care of the facility and it's members. Also great to see that they're deep cleaning the facility with everything going on, well recommended.

This location is by far one of the best, the facility is clean and has a great variety of equipment! Management always interacts with guest which gives this location a community atmosphere. Well recommended.

Never a bad experience here. Always friendly associates, feels fresh. My cousin says it's too cold, but we came from Blast Fitness in Burbank where it was always moist, smelly, and warm. We rather be here where it can be childish at times, but it is fresh. Nice place for a workout. The Black Card membership is worth it because after your work out, you get the benefit of getting a 10 minute chair massage, or a 10 minute hydromassage. Overall, nice place to come for a work out. They're still in the process of hiring a trainer, let us know when you do so I can get my meal and work out plan!

Not happy with this place the last time I was there (4 wks ago)..or the time before that( 6 months)...this place has smelled like puss and God knows what emanating from the locker rooms. Watched an attendant step throu fb h a puddle from broken toilet to hang an "out of order" sign...but never grabbed a mop to soak the huge frickin puddle with toilet paper up....there is ALWAYS some type of equipment not working properly, and that's just the ones I use....this place was nice for a few years..those rating it 4...5 stars must be friends of staff, or owners...or they have no clue

Usuallu gets busy during rush hour. By busy i mean most machines are in use and it gets kind of hot in there.i love it after 9 its lonely and really focus more on ur personal workout goal for the day
Overall well clean and maintained.

I signed up for the Black Card memebership in order to bring my 15 year old brother with me so he does not have to pay. I asked one of the staff members at least 3 times if it was okay to bring my brother and he told me yes, just say you are his guardian. So I finalized the the membership and brought him the next day, the man at the desk told me I cannot bring him and he has no idea who told me that. So the membership was purposeless. Also, out of all the Planet Fitness's I've been to this is the most outdated and unorganized. I never got a tour either and had to ask for my tshirt. Used to love it but now very disappointed.

Manager was very rude to employees and costumers. I had a situation with a machine and she looked at me like it was a joke . Thinking of changing to LA fitness.
