This location is by far one of the best, the facility is clean and has a great variety of equipment! Management always interacts with guest which gives this location a community atmosphere. Well recommended.
I was a previous member from Blast and couldn't be more pleased than to know that Charter Fitness took over my membership. This facility is clean and has a great free weight area. Management always makes sure members are well taken care of.
Been a member for years and couldn't be more content. Great staff that always interacts with everyone and makes us feel comfortable and tons of equipment. Also thank-you Eddie for cleaning the equipment, especially when it's peak hours, very much appreciated!!

Fantastic atmosphere at this location- staff is friendly and facility is clean. The new security system is great when working out in the evening/night knowing everyone has a membership.

My local gym. Im there almost 4-5 days per week. Staff is friendly and you can almost always utilize the equipment you need. Sometimes theres leaks in the ceiling and some of the machines and benches are a bit worn, but they've started replacing lately. Overall not bad for the price, I'll continue working out here.

Extremely friendly and a perfect place to get in to shape, no matter skill level. Wide range of available workout times great for commuters.

I actually left charter to go to a bigger gym and ended up hating the bigger gym. This charter is so much cleaner than the gym I had left it for and all their equipment is well managed and taken care of and respected. Things are put back neatly and the environment here is great

Awesome place but nobody like too share hogers on equipment.

No water in the gym. Cant use bath room. Cant shower. No drinking water. And they have the nerve to charge $2 for water bottles. And $70 if i want to cancel my membership. I'll gladly pay the $15 more a month for LA Fitness. Manger left for 1.5 hours to go to the bank to buy some water and came back with nothing. They vacum 1 per week. Place is dirty. Stay away for this gym. Not enough bench presses. Machines are nasty! Because no water to clean them
I had stop going but they continued to charge, I had changed my debit card and you would think they would had informed me on the first missed payment! No they wait until it accrues and then sent you to collections... And worse of all they say they wont cancel membership until I pay for services I did not receive and was told the payments will continue to accrue! Bullshit assholes! This is illegal and they should be shut down! Will report to BBB!

The facility itself is great for $10 monthly if that was ultimately the case. In sales there always needs to be honestly and transparency. A lot of these gyms simply have to rely on volume by design because of the nature of the market and the fact that there are hundreds of options to choose from for customers. The front desk people have to be trained by their managers or supervisors on how to be honest and direct when selling a client a membership. Not sharing or disclosing something (or saying it so freaking fast that it's a blurt) is the same as lying. If there is a hundred dollars or so in additional fees or charges - then say so!! Big deal!! It ends up averaging $20 monthly for the customer. (Have faith that you have a good enough product that is worth the asking price!) But when you don't share that, you run the real risk of loosing a customer. I want to lift here because it's right up the street from me but now I'm so upset that I'm willing to pay the unnecessary and shady "cancellation fee" of $75
