I've always preferred an all out, heart pumping, get sweaty, challenging kind of workout and OTF fulfills my fitness needs and lifestyle. I wanted to find something that balances out the other activities I do on my own...power walking, hiking, biking...with more weight work and more vigorous cardio. I researched several alternatives and chose OTF as I believe the program will keep me motivated and accountable. The music adds to the fun, the trainers are encouraging and easy to follow, and it offers me the variety in workouts I was searching for. Would highly recommend to others of any fitness level.
