Very disappointed in customer service. I bought a pair of leggings for my daughter 2 months ago. She only wore them a handful of times. I washed them exactly like directions and a hole appeared. I went to exchange them because I thought they stood behind the quality of the product and I had the receipt. I was informed that due to recent tic tok videos, lulelemon no longer exchanges product unless it's a defect in the seam. I can understand if the pants were purchased a long time ago, but this has only been 2 months. How can a company charge $100 for pants and not stand behind the fabric quality? I will no longer be shopping at lulelemon.
This location is great! The sales associate was very nice and recommended some places to do yoga as I was buying my pants. She was very knowledgeable about the products.

Beautiful high quality workout clothes. Customer service was great. Expect to pay for the quality, it's high end.
The items are super pricey, but if you wait for the sale items, it's not so bad. The staff is usually very friendly, but when it starts to get crowded, they cherry pick who gets help first. The return policy sucks but that's more the corporate policy than something unique to this store.
Awesome store for athletic apparel. My wife always bought it and dragged me in there one day...and I have been hooked ever since. It's on a busy road, but there is some parking behind all the stores on that road. Better to park in the parking garage and just walk. It's a medium sized store, not a flagship, but they usually have all the newest styles. Because they are smaller, they tend to run out of sizes pretty quickly. Really nice and helpful people that work there though!
