I registered my son for the fitness program, we went for two weeks, everything was great(He's an avid tennis player, has been doing a lot of fitness workshop). Then got a call from the owner saying he's too young to attend, they don't want any "legal trouble" in case he's injured, and then terminated our membership abruptly.
I have no problem business open only to adults, but first it needs to be clearly stated in their policy, their website actually says 18 and under get a discount! Second, they could have told me when I did the register, which they didn't, Thirdly, at least an apology? Nothing.
We registered the program, paid the membership fee, adjusted our son's schedule to accommodate the fitness program schedule, then 2 weeks later, they kicked us out! Do they know how hard it is to adjust kid's schedule, especially weekends? Guess he never had a kid. The phone call from the owner felt rude, it's like: It's over, that's it
