Use to love taking the kids here but they recently reduced size by what seems to be 50% or more. Pits, ropes and basketball are all gone. They have the Dodgeball pit and the one trampoline area. Added two bounce houses, one for six and under and kept the meltdown. Not what it once was, and not sure if it worth it.
I also checked the website and in places it still indicates they have all these amenities, really not cool and misleading.
Awesome place for Birthday Parties and Mom and Tot Jump! I have hosted my daughters birthday (4th & 5th birthdays) twice in a row, we love Sky High Sports. Very accommodating and helpful, everyone had a blast! Thanks Glenn and your team!
This trampoline park has fun things to do, especially the bumper balls! However, I would avoid this particular location in the summer months. The AC does not work! Very hard to jump for any amount of time without being dangerously hot. Spend your money at one of the other nearby locations that has AC. Come back in the winter.

This is the place with buckets because of the leaky roof. Kids don't care but adults get that grimy vibe from this place. Cool things to do here though.
This place is old and low quality. The staff is awful I do not recommend coming here.
brought 3 kids here to try out bubble ball, and other attractions. my 9 year old really liked the wipeout attraction. kids enjoyed the many things to do. plenty of space. great activity variety for kids. easy for parents to relax and watch a game or catch up on work while children play safely. staff is very attentive and well trained, very pleasant to talk with.

Awesome place lots for the kids and you to do if you want to join them my son loves the ball pit and the self bumper balls that you get in
Sky high is a great place to go for any occasion Birthday, graduation, or to just hangout with your friends. If you want to go alone no worries you will never feel alone with all the people there that you can play in dodgeball. My only concern is that it is a little expensive so I recommend going on a weekend from 8pm-11pm for only $20 this is a great deal because it is usually $24 for 2 hours but your getting 3 hours for $20. I hope you go and remember have fun.
My boys ask me to go here all the time. It's a great way for them to burn off some energy and for me to get some exercise! I don't think I've ever seen a sad kid there until it's time to leave.
Excellent customer service. Paid for 2 hours for 2 people, our toddler got fussy, and they gave us back an hour each on our passes. Thanks guys!

Very unprofessional way to run your business! You would think that with such an advancement in technology somewhere on your website it would say that you have to be 11 to jump after 9. Ridiculous! Im so glad i didnt hit buy when i was purchasing my tickets online and decided to wait to come here. I would have lost it. The girl who helped was not even empathetic at how we drove an hr to come to this location to test out for an upcoming birthday party for my daughter. Will absolutely not be coming back. Horrible first impression
Kids loved the ninja warrior and dodgeball. Besides that the rest of the facility was above average to industry standards. The kids just wish they had more time to play. Create a year membership and you got at least 2 customers for it.
DO NOT COME HERE.The trampolines have the quality of a 2nd graders handwriting and the staff is way too strict. No backflips?! Take your money to any other competition it will be better spent.
Edit to the boss: hey uh yeah last time I checked springs shouldn't extend a meter long and they also shouldn't squeal like hogs every time you jump on them just shut it
TL;DR: I've been to a lot of trampoline parks, this one is NOT worth the money.
Let me start this by saying trampoline parks are a hobby of mine, and I go at least once if not more times a week to different facilities. This was the worst experience I've had out of any place. The trampolines had no bounce to them compared to anywhere else, not to mention that the foam pads around the trampolines had absolutely no give to them, and felt like they had solid metal rods under about an inch of foam. I was genuinely scared to try any new tricks as this seemed like such a safety hazard. I was disappointed that I was scolded for doing basically anything besides a single front flip into the foam pits. Whats the point of even having them? The only shine of hope in the entire facility is the ninja course, which was entertaining for about 10 minutes before we got scolded at for trying to find new ways to complete the course. The only other minor thing that I was disappointed with was the blackout lights on Friday. Typical trampoline parks provide black lights, but this place just shut off *most* of the lights and had a few lasers. I'm not going to advertise to any other park, but I highly suggest looking at other options. Unless you have young kids who will just run around the trampolines and will not do any flipping, this one is not worth the money.
I went there for a fun day with my family, some lady cut us in line and then started arguing with my husband and I in front of our kids. Her 17 year old daughter pushed me and management came out and automatically took their side, he asked if they wanted him to call the police even though the girl hit ME! My kids were crying, it was a horrible experience and to top it off they charge to much and there's barely anything to do there. The girl at the front desk was nice despite her manager being rude. I felt really discriminated against being that my family is African American and the other family was not. I will never give my money to them again. HORRIBLE way to handle the situation.
THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. You literally can't do anything. Everything is prohibited. Staff treat customers by patronizing them. I 100% agree with all of the previous reviews. The lack of fun this place brings now is terrible. I don't know if it's the new management or what, but 3 years ago I would have told everyone to come here and have a good time now I will be telling everyone and anyone to avoid at all costs. I didn't come here to be pissed off, but that's exactly what happened. The manager acted as If he was better then me and in an unprofessional manner. This place is terrible do not come here If you want you or your kids to have fun. Go to safari land or dave and busters. Anywhere but here. If I could rate a 0 I WOULD.

I took my younger siblings here and expected a welcoming environment (from the reviews). However, the staff was very sarcastic and rude. They were rolling their eyes when you had questions and they just really looked like they hated their jobs. Not sure what their problem is but Ill be going to a different location from now on. For the prices they charge I was hoping to be welcomed and treated better as a customer.
