Wow!! I just finished my 6 week challenge and couldn't be happier with my results! Down 14.6 lbs, 5.4% body fat, and 12.1 inches!! Yes, it's hard at first, but with the help of Zack, Sean, David, Chris, Liz, and Taylor you'll get the motivation and drive you need to succeed. The menu plans to follow are very doable, the app is very helpful and easy to use. You get all the tools to be successful! All I can say is give it a try, you have nothing to lose but weight, and everything to gain like your self confidence, ability to move easier, better sleep, and better health! You'll be surprised what your body will be able to do in 6 weeks and you'll love the results! Invest in yourself...you'll be happy you did!!!
