Unlike the Montgomery location where I started, this location is truly 24/7. It is basically the same wherever Planet Fitness you will be. The only complaint I have here are the unprofessional employees this franchise employs. Right now between 645pm till about 710pm, these 2 male employees were having a laugh with each other that they are particularly loud at the front desk (I can even hear them while I'm on the headphones). Even though I transferred, the Montgomery location employees are probably younger in age but they're all professional at least in my observation. Considering that not all employees here at this location has the same unprofessional attitude as these 2 right now but there has been a lot of employee turnovers at this location for whatever reason. Different faces in and out.

Since they changed the times they clean the machines to during one of the busies times of the day lunch time I have downgraded this location . It super annoying when people are moving with a vacuum around you. Seriously there are better times of the day to do this! And it not only one person but a whole team with extension cords etc!

They target casual people, so the maximum weights on a lot of the machines are depressingly small. Other than that, it's excellent: clean, lots of machines, friendly staff, low fees.

Great clean facility. Little understaffed maybe. Water leaks from certain areas when it rains, but thats more landlord issue. I still prefer this place over xsport naper where the men's washroom smells like piss all the time.

Love working out here! It's so nice to workout without any intimidation from other members. I don't feel like I'm at a fashion show where I'm the only one with no fashion

Its for sure what i expect for 10$ a month. I love Planet Fitness, not for anything but their price.
I think if they had a free weight barbell areas they'd lock down gyms for good at their price.

Planet Fitness is a great gym with a variety of circuit training classes and individual weights, cardio, and other equipment to work out on your own.

The equipment was dirty on Monday told a young lady name Sara. Went in again on Tues and this young lady made sure every machine was cleaned today. Sara is awesome!

I am have a membership here , in fact I am a VIP member and monthly fee is very reasonable and most of them open 24 hours.

The manager at this location is extremely rude to not only customers but also her own staff. I've witnessed her being very rude to one of her own staff as well as myself prior to signing up. Manager should be re evaluated. Other than that, the gym is nothing out of the ordinary. Still signed up and was satisfied after dealing with another staff member. The manager was "Jess".

Can't beat the price, for a place to workout, they are a fraction of the price of most. This is a medium sized location, staff is always nice and I always feel good there.
Only thing, I wish there weight machines had more weight. The PF in Montgomery and all those machines had an additional 100 lbs.

Tons of machines, I never have to wait. Clean. People seem normal and non-judgmental as their theme indicates. Too many tvs in a good way! I end up listening to one and reading two others while I am on the treadmill.

I am $19 / m member with no.contract
Past three months they have charged me $30, $50 additional to the monthly charges. .when I.called employees does not have access to billing. ..got tired and cancelled finally and disputed over $240 for 3 month additional charges
