Some people on here leaving reviews need to relax. I went in for a couples massage yesterday and it was the best experience. The ladies were great and put all of their time into our session. I'm going back again soon and hope I have the same girl.
New ownership. The massage therapist was wonderful. This is my first time come to here . I get low back pain . They know all of spots. I will back again . Highly recommend this spa .
I did not like the hospitality. Worst experience. I have been to many places but this one is the place I will never go. Too much attitude. I took one hour any I felt to walk away in between. My opinion is NEVER GOING BACK.

By far my worst forst impression of a spa/massage parler. The women whom i never even got a name came into the lobby to start with a scorwl and look of dissapointment on her face and when i decided what i wanted and went to pay not only was the tip required to be payed up front but she deliberately took my 7$ initial tip and erased it and then demanded and said that a 14$ or 20% tip was REQUIRED. Now having worked in the food industry i know for a fact that tipping is never required for a service and when you get or pay for a service, the tip is not something that is payed up front and is also not required. A tip is a way of showing how well the service was performed.
This needs to be addressed faiely quickly and this staff needs to be told what good service is. I know bad days happen and i can understand wanting to take it out on others, but if you do at least try to make conversation about it. I would like to return but things need to change before i decide to do that.
Visiting Naperville and Mary was my masseuse. The facility is very clean. The rooms are large and the massage table is long enough for my 6'3" frame. The music was great and the lighting was perfect. Not too bright. Mary was very pleasant and had a good sense of humor. Her skills were excellent. She covered every muscle of my body. She utilized the entire table to cover every angle from every position. She performed some gentle stretching and got out many kinks. I've had many massages in many cities and would rate her in my top 5. I would definitely use her again whenever I'm in town.

Took my mom for a massage on mother's day. The owner didn't even show up for the 10am appointment. Ended up waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes.

I had Wendy and she was AWESOME! This is a first class place, clean, and the massage was absolutely one of the best I have ever had.

I purchased a groupon to try out this Spa. First of all, the woman who did my "massage" never even introduced herself, so I can't say who it was. Within the first 8 minutes of the "massage" (which was mostly grabbing my butt and pressing directly on my spine), she left the room TWICE to greet patrons arriving at the front door, was texting DURING THE MASSAGE (it was vibrating on the bed, and then she would type back), and then she came into the room ON THE PHONE and tried to give me a one-handed massage. I was in pain, I felt violated, and considering what I paid for the massage, I was angry. I left at that point. I am now unable to refund my groupon, which means I paid $70.00 for the worst 8 minute massage ever. Extremely disappointed.
