Price is great, upkeep is less so. Many machines are broken, showers and tile floors need regular cleaning and disinfecting, ac has been mostly off since July. On the positive side the staff is great. Owners: clean it up, remove broken machines and stop running fans instead of ac. Cancelled my membership.

The staff is great but I feel building upkeep of the restrooms and workout machines (not working) could be better. Gym area is clean and people are mostly friendly. If they improve on the things listed this could be a awesome low cost gym.

Not overly crowded. Polite employees. Clean and well circulated air. Wide range of dumbbells freeweights and especially machines.

Clean place (except the showers), faculty is nice. Unfortunately every other treadmill has some sort of defect, and they keep the air at 80°. I'm 95 pounds soaking wet and it's damm hot in this place.

I workout here all the time. It's close to home and is an amazing him. They helped me go from 310lbs to 245lbs in less than a year. I owe Zip my life. They helped me make my goal by my 50th birthday

This place is amazing. The facility is clean and wide open. Plenty of equipment so no need to wait. Most of all, the staffs at Zipfitness in Joliet are awesome. Especially, Anthony is so helpful and welcoming every time I step into and out of the gym. Don't let the low price fool you. This place is top notch.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. There attempting to imitate planet fitness a failed attempt I might add. I don't train at planet fitness but I have and I see how the business model works for them. As for zip the lay out fails along with the actual focus on health an well being. They give plenty of treadmills so they do have that going for them selves. The price does not make up for what is lacking. If getting healthier and meeting personal goals matters this is not the gym for you.
