No pool, no basketball court, no rock climbing, no running track no spa, and no cafes. But who needs all of those when all you need is a good workout to stay fit. This place has everything I need, and they have a lot of state of the art machines. The staff are friendly and courteous and are always hard at work to keep the entire place clean. That's why I've been a member for three years now.

So today I came in close out my membership because of all the craziness with this virus stuff. I am worried about my health. I walk in and had to wait a few moments in line to cancel. As I was waiting, I observed the staff doing what they always do. CLEAN!!!! Even the manger was on his hands and knees cleaning the underside of treadmills that were lifted up. I scanned in, and walked to the locker room. Clean. I could even smell a faint whiff of bleach. I walked on out, past the staff that were cleaning under the treadmills. Ken, Bobby, and one of the trainer that were cleaning each said hi to me. Cleaning and friendly. This is why I am staying here. This gym has been open for years, but it is the cleanest and most friendly staff around.

Property is well-equipped, clean and nicely maintained. I travel a lot for work and my Black Card membership allows me to continue my exercise routine away from home. It is rare that I do not find a Planet Fitness Center close to my hotel. While I like the Planet Fitness center at home the best, everywhere I go I find Planet Fitness has clean facilities, friendly staff and well-maintained equipment. There is a level of consistency that I truly appreciate.

So far, the availability of machinery and weight lifting stations has been great. There's a good amount of redundant equipment making it less of a hassle with waiting for one to open up if you're sticking to a pre-planned workout. Having the Black Card Membership comes in handy for some of the post-workout amenities. It's hard to beat the value that Planet Fitness provides.

It's always clean lots of machines available and staff is super helpful. Not really a fan of supported machines but I get it not everyone is going to be able. I'm happy to see that it includes everybody even the starters great place to start up. And for $10 a month you can't beat it

When I am visiting my family it is always nice to stop by and get my hydro massage in. The staff is really friendly. The other day I was in, and the locker was kinda dirty from the being used all day. But, when I was done working out David was hard at work cleaning the showers, and apologized about the chemicals that he just sprayed, but it would be just a few moments and I could use the shower. I just felt bad he clean the shower again. David was really cool about it.

Scott K at the Joliet location is the best trainer around. He keeps you motivated and you can tell he loves his job.

Every time I went to the gym this week I have had a problem with the wifi. Been an on and off problem since I have been a member about a year. I had stop and go to a machine closer to the door (which is not always possible} but then I got the pleasure of being under the light that goes on and off constantly! I was told when the new owners took over things would improve and that just is not the case.Bathrooms are still dirty, last month 3 days in a row without soap in 1 dispenser. I also go to Tinley Park and never have a problem and the equipment looks brand new. Very frustrated!!!

You get what you pay for. Planet Fitness is affordable and has a nice variety of equipment. It lacks those extras, like organized classes and experienced trainers, but I do see that they are trying to improve in those areas.

I have been coming to this gym for a year now and I must say that it has taking me to another level. Also I would like to say that Kendra at the front desk helps me stay calm and my mindset to move forward . Also I cannot say enough about my new trainer Scott he is amazing he doesn't stop keeps the adrenaline going. Thank you Scott and Kendra for keeping it real and all times.

Great Facility to work out, get a great tan, and awesome massage chairs and beds. We go here 5 days a week and love every minute of it. A judgement free zone helps also, knowing your not being judged! I would suggest Planet Fitness to everyone looking to improve their life.

I have been a member since day one and can not say enough great things about this gym. The staff is great! I recently started taking classes with Scott and it has renewed my commitment to my workouts. Kendra is great, I love that she knows us by name and always has a great attitude.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews I've seen. Sometimes people can be hard to please and we all have bad days. I would recommend this gym to intro fitness people.
I attended a basic instruction class to help with a overall weight loss program. It got me started and I learned plenty along the way and have shed a lot of weight. My own research helped find what machines gave me the "Best bang for my effort" and I've tweaked my program.
I also enjoy the diversity at this gym. Overall this place fits my needs perfectly and I will continue to promote it.

Sounds good BUT.... they have a buy out fee, what draws to mind, What are they buying out? If one does not like it, why would you have to pay not to come back? Second reason: Auto pay through your check account. Some people like it, but I do not feel comfortable with anyone having access to my information; Also, the hassle they may charge you the buy out fees and all the mistakes that companies make with your money.

PF I had you at 5 when I first joined until the following happened:
Your black card $10 deal with the company has a a lot of hidden fees users don't know about. Minus one star.
Then for THIS location, your insecure worker Jen wanted my friend and I kicked out because she thought my friend was creepy. The way she handled it was very unprofessional, running from us and calling security. Minus one star.
I was so appalled by this occurrence that I decided to quit my membership, having to pay a $60 cancellation fee your members don't know about. Minus one star.
Thus sayeth yours truly, 2/5.

Me and my sister go to the gym 4 nights a week. There is a regular, a guy, we see just about every night we are there. He always uses the pull up machine. It's very difficult for him to do the machine so he makes a "grunt" sound when he has to pull himself up on the machine for the work out. This was the first time we have heard that alarm go off. Everyone stared at him. After the alarm went off he tried really hard to not make any sounds, which probably made him self conscious. Surprisingly a guy next to him went up to him to tell him he was doing a great job and to keep it up. It made us really upset the alarm went off because it shouldn't have went off. We went up to the front desk about the alarm, because they should be mindful before they set it off. It's supposed to be a judgment free zone, but he is "grunting" to finish his reps and to try and better himself. And now the spot light is on him and he knows it. He isn't grunting because he is doing heavy weight lifting or dropping weights. And the ladies at the front desk said "bobby hit the alarm and I am not sure why he did that." I understand how body builders are and the alarm would be necessary for their actions but this wasn't the case.
