I love the folks at One Hundred so much! While I also tried Zumba with Richard and yoga with Brian, the "strengthen and stretch" classes with Maan and Anabelen were my favorite! I am now living in a different part of the city and the studio is a bit too far to be my "neighborhood gym," but I wanted to sing their praises as a token of thanks.... more
