All of the staff is very friendly. The coaches are great. The coaches are very helpful at getting you to push yourself a little harder & finding exercises that you can do when you have limitations. I love this place!

If you're looking for a gym that feels like a second home, feels like a community, welcomes you with open arms, and still pushes you to be the best version of yourself, then this is the gym for you. All of the coaches make you feel at home, they have the ever watchful eye to correct your form and keep you free of injury. The other members are extremely supportive. There's no better feeling than everyone high fiving and cheering after the completion of a tough workout. They're constantly adding new equipment, keeping everything in good condition. It's nice to see where your money goes, instead of large chain gyms that take 3 weeks to repair a machine and never add new equipment. 100% would recommend to all of my friends and family!

Absolutely great community to join. The coaches are fantastic and true to the fundamentals for everyone! Would highly recommend looking in to becoming a member.

Best gym for CrossFit activities. Coaches here are excellent and team mates are very helpful. Coach will personally come and teach you and correct your exercise movements especially Alberto and Greg. It's always new experiences and exercises which motivates and encourages. I personally have felt a lot of difference and will continue to go CrossFit Arioch. Feeling lucky at this gym and feel sad I joined it at age of 29. Please go ahead and join it for better health.
