No frills except free wifi for the upgraded membership. machines work and weights are heavy. Never had an issue getting a tread mill. The 1 squat rack is another story.
Fair amount of free weights. If you go early not to busy.
Such a great gym, staff member David is a nice motivator and the place is kept clean (wouldn't eat off the floor but you get the point).

Throbbing loud music that is heard even over reasonably loud headphones. Equipment is good.
