If I can give zero stars, I would because I've never been in a business where the employees treat you so unprofessionally. I was a PAYING customer who wanted to use the open gym time slots, the boxing ring specifically. An employee, Josh, rudely and condescendingly told us that he needed the ring and after stating to him that BOTH the website and the paper schedules showed open gym times when we were using it, he says that they can be taken up by private lessons without stating on their site or their paper schedules. Do you guys understand how to communicate with and treat, again, PAYING customers? Would you kick someone out from the bench who was in the middle of doing bench presses and say that you need it for a "private lesson"? No, you respectfully wait until they have completed using it. I thought mixed-martial arts was about teaching humility, compassion, discipline. Please avoid this gym at all costs and go to a nearby gym if possible. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
