I give L+A HEALING STUDIO FIVE STARS! the 8 ACUPUNCTURE secession for my journey of healing was AMAZING!!! TOWAYN HEAVEN IS A GREAT ACUPUNCTURIST! Every employee was AUTHENTICALLY welcoming and helpful. The aroma and aesthetics of the building centers me. I wish L+A HEALING STUDIO an abundance of business. The services are GREAT and I will use them for the other services that they provide.
Flew into the city for a convention and tweaked my neck/shoulders en route. This studio got me in asap and set me up with Chris who was extremely professional and proficient. His expertise and skill relieved my pain and had me feeling right as rain. Highly recommend.

Beyond the retail section is a spacious sound proof yoga & exercise studio.
At the back is the quiet spa space, featuring a relaxation waiting area and spa treatment rooms.
I am a devotee of L+A Healing Studio and have taken stretch classes, yoga and Pilates taught by a master teacher, Alex. I have also had superb massages with Manny. I have bought lovely jewelry and spa items.
Seasonal art programs for children and adults. A wonderful addition to the community.

Amazing , amazing studio! The owners are the kindest , most lovely people I have met and theAcupuncturist , Victoria is PURE MAGIC . She is a healer and a wonderful , compassionate ,kind person who really knows her trade.
Victoria Sous is the best at acupuncture and cupping. I have been seeing her on and off for two years and she is Amazing . She always knows how to fix my aching body and give me herbs to help my health. She actually listens to you about your health goals and makes treatments calming and very personable. She has the best herbs in the South Loop. I have gone to other acupuncturists and herbal places and L and A is the place to go for acupuncture , cupping and herbs. I have also gone to see Manny for a massage. He has the hands of an angel and is a gentle soul!

I have been coming to L & A Healing Studio for over a year now. The owners, Leo and Alex, are great and very helpful. Leo is a master at massage, my primary activity at the studio. I like that they have so many different activities going on, the local community is very engaged. Highly recommend a visit!
I don't get to visit this magical safe haven very often anymore and I'm way over due for a massage but Leo and Alex have the most amazing space with so much to offer! From health and wellness to useful crafting, the calming environment and overall knowledge available is so inspiring. L & A Healing Studio is my favorite place to be.
