Awesome coaching staff! A fun program designed to build self esteem and confidence for kids of various ages..
The staff is very accommodating, professional, friendly and provides great structure and instruction. My kids love it, especially parents night out, they call it "pizza slumber party!" This club has various options available for different ages and various camps throughout the year. I highly recommend it for any age and level.
I was hired as a gymnastics coach but I never got an official schedule. I wouldn't recommend applying to this place if you need an actual job.
Big place! Went there for camp and had a good time. Nice coach's too
Took kids of my close friend and they love it... fun place
Its Awesome : love the worker's : Really nice , clean and friendly

My favorite place
We moved to Chicago from Cincinnati and since we attended a gymnastics club in Cincinnati, which was superb, I can compare that experience with experience at C.I.T.Y.
So here's a quick summary of my impressions over a period of about 7 months at C.I.T.Y.
1. Unfriendly reception desk staff. I never was greeted upon coming in for example. Answers to questions were terse and cold.
2. The children change their shoes in the same area where adults are walking with their shoes after the street. After taking their socks, the children run around an unclean, germy floor.
3. Apart from one teacher, whose name was Kim, some other coaches yelled at children in a verbally abusive way. All that is happening away from parents eyes. My wife happened to notice at least one instance of this.
4. Horrible customer service. I paid $397 for a session consisting of two classes. After my wife heard the abusive coach discipline one of the children, I decided to stop going there. I asked for a refund. Sure enough, it turned out there was a no-refund policy I must have signed. How convenient. After trying to extricate my money, Keith, the general manager just stopped responding to my emails. So, in the end I was tricked out of $397. I don't think I had ever lost so much money without a chance to get a refund.
Love this place!!! They actually learn REAL gymnastics, not the unhelpful kiddie stuff. Also, they have great options for birthday parties and Parents Night Out!!!
The coaches are great and my daughter is learning a ton. The front office staff are morons with a capital M. Getting any correct information from them and getting anything done correctly is not going to happen, so speak slowly and clearly so they don't screw you out of sessions or make your child miss events because they can not send emails or sign your child up for class.
very good place and excellent coaches.
