Hands down the best work out you will ever take. Whether you're a "Couch Potato" or a "World Class Athlete", you will get an amazing work out for your level. Dre and her trainers are so encouraging and their goal is to help you maintain long-term fitness. The classes are tough but with the helpful and encouraging environment, if you make up your mind to finish, you will get through. D3 is a multi-dimensional program that focus' on the MIND, BODY, & SOUL.
After trying every diet you can name, I started their nutrition plan 3 months ago, and it has taken my body to another level because I'm able to maintain healthy eating habits along with my workouts. I have been with them since the beginning, and can say that once you join, you aren't going to want to leave. You will see the same faces coming back over and over. It is more than a "Gym," it's a "Community."
