Had a treatment there about three weeks ago, and keep forgetting to post a review. Going off the fact that this is my favorite hotel in Chicago, I figured I would test out their spa. Overall, I had an absolutely amazing experience. The whirlpools were under construction, however the rest of the amenities were open. The indoor lap pool is gorgeous, the staff is extremely professional, and the facilities are as expected, impeccably clean. Will definitely be returning and bringing along some friends to experience the relaxation that this place forces out of you. Great job!

Beautiful spot. Wonderful staff - very professional. My only complaint was that it was uncomfortably hot.

Nice and friendly service here. They always ask your needs. Warm here. I like here more than Orlando one. The location is perfect. Shopping easy.

If you are looking for a massage that is out of this world, and world class spa service then check out the Waldorf Astoria. I had a day at the spa scheduled here and I enjoyed every bit of it, from the massage to the pedi to the service here, I think everything was 5 stars.
