Kind, approachable and knowledgeable staff! I walked in feeling like I had been coming there since the store opened. The peeps there are genuine.
The store was suprising busy on a cold snowy day. It was full of bright lights loud music and interesting looking people. The sales people gave me impeccable customer service. Each person I encountered made me feel like I was the most important person in the store. I found street parking for $4.50 hour about 1/2 a block from the store.

All time favorite lululemon store ever!!! The staff is loaded with real and inspiring people and everytime I walk in I know I will have an amazing experience! This team is the top I have seen at a lululemon anywhere and I fins a lululemon everwhere I go! Amazing product and more importantly amazing team!
I really like their complimentary yoga classes on Saturdays- they always have very good teachers teaching these classes. Store staff are very knowledgable about the product and very friendly too!

I walked in to do an exchange but got kicked out due a private event they were holding. Literally and rudely kicked out. There were no signs on the outside, door was open, I was trying to do the exchange within store hours.How was I supposed to know I need to stay away? The attitude I got from the employee was like I was crashing their party and got caught. What I felt was a combination of himiliation and anger. The last time I will step into this store will be for a return of all the items I can legally turn back.
