FFC Gold Coast is a great gym - always clean, never have to wait for machines and the training staff is amazing. The classes and programs they offer their members are wonderful.

Good gym - nothing too fancy or elegant, but no complaints either. Clean locker rooms, staff is professional and helpful. Plenty of towels. Equipment is all functional, and the place is well equipped. Haven't in my first month there encountered any over-crowding - plenty of equipment. Good hours. Like the Pilates instructor. No problems as yet. The fitness coordinator guy has been on me to do a fitness evaluation - they're serious about that. Got a good deal - turns out they have a deal with my employer, cut my rate from $122 something to $88. Make sure to ask, the list of employers was long.
