When I came in, there were alot of people crowded around the desk. It was late afternoon and the teen program was going. Young lady greeted everyone and ran the desk like a drill sergeant until it was empty. That was my first day and it was a good one. A few months in and I still like it. I go early morning. It's not very busy but it's not empty. It's clean and great customer service. They have a trainer now.

I really needed to join a gym this year and start some new things. So I joined Planet Fitness! I love the freedom, equipment and the price is great! I am looking forward to getting healthier and losing weight in 2020.

This was my first time ever going to this gym and I have to say that I am extremely impressed by the customer service. Genet was very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions about my membership and the equipment and always had a smile on her face. This will now be my go to spot!

Pros: filed with state of the art work out machine feel like a candy store for adults Cons: not enough room to freely move around when crowded. Just avoid crowded hours and you will always go to this gym.

Clean facility with machine nicely arranged in their respective sections. Good place to work out for the community.

I wish I could give this place a 5 star rating, overall it's still a good gym but, what really pissed me off about Planet Fitness is they tried to charge me $58 to cancel my membership (which is the Black Card membership) I had since and joined in 2016 , and I was faithfully paying my membership every month and what really makes me mad is that this lady lied to me and told me that I missed two payments October 13, 2017 that was the last time I set foot at this gym and haven't looked back since.

Planet Fitness is convenient and most importantly cost efficient. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help you become better, faster and stronger.

When I joined two weeks ago they told me as soon as the new shipment of free t-shirts come in I would receive one. As of today I have not. Now they tell me that they have discontinued the free t-shirts. It's cool though. Danielle is an awesome trainer! I just wish that she could be there on the weekends or any trainer on the weekends who can give classes.

Great place to workout. Family culture where everyone helps to motivate you. Good for people who are just starting out or people that are looking for a challenge.

Two words: TOO HOT.

I know it's winter but it's steaming hot in here. You already sweat and heat up from workouts.

Nice place to work out in peace. Only complaint is the morning staff... They are not very warm. Issues with greeting their regulars.

A great, yet inexpensive place to work out. Friendly, organized, and clean. But, NOT 24 hrs. Closes at 7 pm on Fridays & Saturdays.

Excellent price and pretty good amenities and equipment. Never too many people here. When it's crowded though, the employees won't be able to assist you as quickly as you'd like, so expect high wait times for signing up or solving any issues.

Always clean and not crowded. I wish they had more racks and a bigger area to lift. Overall it's a good place for $20 a month.

I love the fact that it's never really crowded and I like the machines they have to work out your arms. The fact that it close at 7pm is a bummer but oh well.

I love the manager, she keeps this gym clean! She always smiling and never too busy to help out at the front desk or cleaning. She is so sweet. I'm very happy with the management! She's doing a great job. Thank you Jasmine for everything that you do. This place is so comfortable the energy is so great here. Good vibes and the staff is awesome.
