I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews, but this is probably one of the worst run studios I have ever been to. I have been asked to switch to a different class time every single time I have signed up. If you can't run the class, don't offer the time to your members. I've tried getting in touch with them multiple times, and there doesn't seem to be anyone running the place. It won't be long before this place is out of business.

Don't waste your time! I can't even describe how awkward and awful this class was for everyone in the room. It must be staying open because of Class Pass. When you walk in you are "greeted" by a dirty dark room and a filthy desk covered in piles of papers. I almost walked out then but stuck it out for the terrible class with no instructions what-so-ever. Awful Awful Awful.

I was disgusted by the way the owner treated my friend and me. Based on her degrading and horrific behavior, i can only assume this was her first time having a conversation. Also penny pinching in any way possible, no wonder her classes are empty....

I am a first time customer and came in this morning to take my first class which they offer free. When I walked in with my friend she asked if one of us was Carli. I said that's me and she immediately said "you owe me $60" I explained it was my first time there and where did the $60 come from. She proceeded to ask me to pay here. She then handed me a waiver and said "sign it" and my friend and I told her that I'm not signing a legal document just bc you told me to. In the end, my friend who has been going there for some time and had credited classes left asked for the owner to refund her. She asked us to return when the class was over. We came back at the end of the hour and she refused to pay us. She owes me friend about $90 and didn't have cash or a check book at the business she owns! My friend attempted to talk to her and she ignored us and we called the police. PLEASE NOTE- before we left she wrote us a note saying she owes my friend the amount of money and sign it. She actually gave us a stack of documents from OSHA where other customer complained of "not sanitary bathrooms, etc" she was given 4 notices and never followed up. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. Horrible customer service, formal complaints made that were not followed through on.

This is legitimately the worst class I have ever taken, due to lack of (actual zero) instruction, and perhaps the worst attitude of an instructor I have ever encountered. This person should not be a small business owner, nor teach classes. Just a terrible experience. She should be embarrassed

Awful awful awful customer service. No one answers the phone when you call and if you even get a response via email it is very short and curt. I am not sure what the owner's issue is but she has a terrible attitude. When i first encountered her she was in a bad mood. I gave her the benefit of the doubt assuming she was having a bad day. However, I realized that this was not the case. She just has an awful attitude. I got the feeling that I was an inconvenience to her for even attending the class - that I paid for!!! Some of the instructors there are great but I feel like their talents would be better appreciated at a studio that did not have such a rude owner. The last and final straw was when I accidentally booked a class for the wrong day. There is no verification function on the website so when you click on a class it automatically books. The studio has a four hour cancellation policy but seeing as this was done in error and I called the studio, left a voicemail and emailed right away to see if my credit would be refunded all I got was a curt email stating "we have a four hour cancellation policy. sorry." Even after I explained that I clicked in error AND I have never asked to cancel before. Furthermore, the equipment seems dated and the studio itself does not feel very clean. I would suggest searching for other studios until booking with Reform Chicago. Good Riddance!

Very disappointing first time experience due to rudeness of owner/instructor. Enrolled myself and 3 friends online for class the day prior. Enjoyed using the reformer, but experienced the worst customer service of privately owned fitness center. Owner seemed inconvenienced that we were attending class as Chicago visitors and asked for us to pay $10 each since we did not live in Chicago (website advertises first class free.) She also verbalized annoyance that we had never taken a reformer class before. We agreed to pay and she said we could pay after class. Instructor/owner quickly reviewed equipment in less than 30 seconds to only 2 of us. After class, she rudely stated, "are you gonna pay me ten dollars?" As we were putting on our shoes. I confidently do not recommend this business. She should close.

Reform Chicago is the first place I tried reformer pilates. I really liked coming here because it's in a good location, clean and has helpful instructors. All of the instructors usually correct your form. Also, they don't make the beginner class so easy that it doesn't even feel like a workout. The atmosphere is nice and there is usually good, upbeat music.
