I started with Frank several years ago after spinal fusion of my neck. Unlike most trainers whose objective is to build bulk, I needed a more gentle approach with an acknowledgement that I have permanent deficits that need treatment. Frank's style is one of strengthening followed by stretching. I am now stronger than I have been in many decades and my pain level is substantially lower. Muscle groups that were paralyzed because of my neck injury are coming back in a way that my neurosurgeon told me would never happen.

I have done private training with Frank and Mike here. Both of them are great at listening and understanding my unique needs and building a program that has met my goals of becoming stronger and more toned. What makes their approach unique is that they do it in a manner that is safe and without asking for too much time from me.
