I took the Core Centered class with Katherine who was a fantastic instructor. She consistently walked around the room checking on everyone's form and their understanding of each move while providing positive feedback or subtle corrections as needed. This was my first time taking a Reformer Pilates class and I absolutely loved it! I will definitely be back for a class with Katherine again!
