How do I say this - I'm an awkward guy. Not like, tripping over myself or have social phobias or anything, but like, I have a tendency to overthink situations and become hyper self aware. Like those times you make a little mistake at the gym, and then get anxious that other people saw and are judging you (even though no ones paying attention to anything but their routine). Yeah, I've cut my workouts short and left the gym from getting too anxious in those situations.
I have never felt that way once at Spindle. I cannot express how rare that is in my neurotic day-to-day adult life. So, if gyms intimidate you - speaking from personal experience - I recommend you give this one a shot.
