The worst gym I've ever been to too. We were signed up with a family plan, but we always had trouble to get into the gym. We were told that we had to show up with my son. But one time, even my son showed up, because he is less than 17, he doesn't have a formal ID, we still had trouble to get in... This happened a couple of times. We always were being told that they had put some notes in the system and everything should be fine. But no, after 9 months, we still had the same issue. Now the sales person who worked with us is gone for good. We were told someone from corp would give us a call on Monday. Now it is 2:12pm CST, no one called us yet. So we tried to call the general manager, Daniel, we talked to two other people, so far still put on hold.... What a terrible GYM and worst service. DO not go HERE.......
Follow up -- Just called South Loop location 3 times and finally got transferred to Corp line. Like we expected, a similar sales phone call again.... Also we were told that Robert is still working there, just a different location. So be careful at any other LA Fitness locations....
