Great gym, two floors of workout space, a lap pool, towels/toiletries included, plus massage, phys therapy, and trainers available.

Love this gym and its pool/hot tub. Helpful and friendly staff as well.

Excellent gym with a very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Seems like every single person loves their job. That translates to great customer service. Really was impressed with Anthony Reed. Thx u guys

Such a great facility with everything I could want available at most of their locations. The ability to use their clubs throughout the city is a huge benefit for someone who works in different parts of Chicago on different days of the week. The facilities are clean and the locker rooms are spotless. The pool is great, as is the hot tub. I LIVE for those eucalyptus towels after a workout! I wish the hours stretched just a little farther in the evenings on weekends....but that is my only gripe. My next plan is to utilize some of their spa services, which come pretty highly recommended.

Big enough space, pool mostly does the job. Mostly a soft 4.5, but this space is exactly what I was looking for.

A great 24hr gym. I really like doing my workout later at night when I mostly have the place to myself, but even at busy times there's rarely a waiting or crowding issue for such a popular gym.

This has been my gym for 9 years now and it's great! They have good equipment, classes are included and the trainers/instructors are helpful. The facilities are nice, including pool, hot tub and steam room. It's particularly helpful to have access to the other FFC gyms around the city because I can bike downtown, workout and shower and attend client meetings.

This has been my gym for 9 years now and it's great! They have good equipment, classes are included and the trainers/instructors are helpful. The facilities are nice, including pool, hot tub and steam room. It's particularly helpful to have access to the other FFC gyms around the city because I can bike downtown, workout and shower and attend client meetings.

I've never been treated worse by any other corporation. I had my credit card stolen & had gotten a new one..they failed to notify me that they were missing payments since it was routed to the CC number, not my checking account like all my other bills..and even though I had checked in numerous times, they never even mentioned it to me, then charged me tons in late fee and sent it to a collection agency?

When i called to resolve it, the billing manager was SO rude..I gave two years of business to these Terrible people who don't understand a single thing about customer service...when asked to provide me with a copy of the emails they "claimed" they had sent, they had no proof...This is not the way to treat your members! also after nearly 2 years, noone switched my email.to the east Lakeview club and i had asked a few times. I was only receiving emails from old town with their special events etc. there are some nice trainers and staff here but overall the most disappointing experience I've ever had anywhere.

Equipment is always cleaned and functioning correctly. Staff are helpful if you have any questions. Locker room spaces are well kept. Overall a great gym. Been coming here since 2012. Have left and tried other gyms multiple times and always found my way back.

Everything is clean, the staff is nice to talk to and work with. There is a ton of variety in classes to take, and fitness programs, like weight loss challenges that even the field by using heart rate monitors for points instead of lbs lost. You do have to pay extra for some of the programs, but they do help keep you motivated. The pool is generally set to a good temperature to lap swim. The updated locker rooms are great, and look really nice. The Pilate's instructor Justin is really great at working with you to meet you goals in Pilate's or personal training. It is a great gym to be apart of.

I have Pulmonary Fibrosis and their smelling fragrance automatic machine KILL ME! i cant breath , witch makes my workout shorter and harder and have to leave quickly at times. ( Other than that its a great clean place.) Sadly i might have to just stop my membership . :(

Nice staff, good hours, bit expensive but then again it definitely provides value for the $$. Much more than just a gym too, has a bunch of hidden amenities I didn't expect to find. Fave feature is the secondary gym on the 2nd floor which is more secluded and less popular, as opposed to the normal cardio room on the first floor, which is usually pretty populated.
