Good stuff here. Lots of interval training, with options of strength-focused (minimal cardio) or more balanced (with plenty of cardio). I also did a mobility class that was all pressure-point work, which relieved my (quite) sore muscles from the classes I took earlier in the week. Trainers are very good about correcting form, especially with newcomers. Relaxed group, non-judgmental, encouraging (but, thankfully, without the weird insider cult-like vibe that could easily be present at a place like this). All around great experiences!
