Dear Steamworks, haven't been here yet but looking forward to trying you guys out. B4 you write a nice comment back to a negative review you should look at the person's history. I did and saw 18 one Star reviews on a certain reviewer. I would've just told the guy that his negative review means NOTHING because he is a negative PERSON. I digress. BTW people, it' never the bar or bathhouse fault you can't get a date. Happy hunting!!!

So Ive been coming since August 2019 & love this place ever since then
All staff are really nice & friendly
Place is also always clean & havent 1 issue
Normally go every 1 to 3 weeks maybe twice an week if up to it but its little far coming from Northwest Suburbs takes an hour by train/bus

As a first timer today. I found staff to be pretty welcoming. Also, the experience is great. Pretty safe if you ask me.

September 18th, I went to the sauna. I am a tourist, my English is not very good, I wanted to change my towel. the employee a black man refused by talking to me from afar and very quickly. I point out that this same person was very uncomfortable at the entrance. for me this person is not at all in his place of welcome. positive point, the security with the monitoring of the bags, clean sauna,

I just called to find out if the club had an elevator for handicapped. They said yes but only for the really hsndicspped in a wheel chair n it needs a staff member to run it. So either it is us isnt handicapped accessible?

Rude staff, mean, insolent. Refused entrance and accused of being drunk. Hadn't had any alcohol in over 24 hours. Apparently fire marshal had just raided the place for being over capacity. They had to kick everyone out and let everyone in over again. By the time I got there I guess they had run fresh out of common decency and civility. Bad business practices and poor capacity management are no excuse to be so rude and mean. All the other 1 star review nailed it. Poor management failing at customer service miserably. Your time and money are better spent elsewhere, where your business might be appreciated and respected. I may be a professional hustler, but at least I know what professional courtesy and good manners are.

My first time visiting SteamWorks was in 2006 for Market Days, now that I live closer I go more often.The staff is friendly professional and whether you are there for a few hours or a whole day, it's a great place to play.
The grotto style hot tub is better than any of the other bathhouses I have been too. The guys that cum here are nice and respectful. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the Chicago Boystown Area. Will be going back again this year for Market Days.

Have been many times to sw in Toronto and was always welcomed came to the one in Chicago for the first time front desk was rude to me and even denied me access for no reason. Have been to many saunas around the world will never go back here

Omg that hot omg that hot tub! Public fun aside, the steam room, jacuzzi, and dry sauna is amazing. I suffer from joint pain constantly and i just left, with no pain at all! Everything after that is just gravy! Btw try not to get turned arounda few places can be a little maze like!

They turned away a friend because he has a speech impediment. Said he was drink. The shift manager said he believed us that our friend had a speech impediment, but he wasn't going to overturn a judgement call made by one of his guys.

I always wanted to attend a Bears event! It was incredible! The Bears that I got to play with had very nice sized cocks! I wish I could travel every fourth week to Steam Works!

I went here to see how the place was. Being my first time and not as comfortable there, I spent my time chatting and spending a lot of time in the whirlpool. Despite no sexual interactions, I did enjoy my time. HOWEVER, i regret ever going there. Two days later, I developed a skin irritation and bumps on my skin I am near positive I acquired as a direct result of the whirlpool. 7 months later and I am miserable with skin issues that have yet to be resolved. I've spent over $1,000 in doctor visits with no resolutions yet. From the 8 months of hell I have experienced, I can in no way ever suggest this place!

I went for the first time,really was surprised on how clean it was. Had no problem getting attention, just kept the door open while laying on my stomach. Stayed there for 4-5 hours,great experience, will do it again and spread the news,great job guys ,thank-you:)

I've been frequent visitor of this place, the place is clean and neat as always. Tonight it happens that this personal was more than rud. This guy name's Charles and the other guy in this shift didn't let me in arguing that I was intoxicated when I'm coming from work to have some relaxed time.. It really bothers me bc this is the first time I see this two guys..

I had a wonderful time, I never knew life could be so pleasurable, sweet DJ. clean environment, huge hot tube with privacy sections, 3 super floors to explore, condoms are totally free, and mirrors on the ceiling in each privacy room, amazingly discrete.
