Great staff, great selection.
Absolutely appalled by the service at this store. I was asking a question about exchanging a pair of leggings and was bombarded with accusations from a worker! All they want are customers to make a purchase, not to satisfy loyal customers.Sad! Advice: I was able to get honest help from the Southport Lulu location and recommend you shop elsewhere to avoid hostile staff.
Love the lulu. Sales are very good. I am an independent kind of shopper so I do not mind the lack of interaction with the sales people.

I was there today to make an exchange and shaina if that's how you spell her name was cold, dry cut with a very stank attitude. I will never shop here again and rather give my money to another store. I usually walk out of Lulu feeling happy and make a connection with the staff. Ive had better experiences at TARGET and thats pretty sad to compare the two.

Easiest, friendliest send-sale I've ever had. Super great knowledgable staff, totally willing to match the WMTM price, and took their time to help me over the phone during the busiest shopping week of the year. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Lululemon is a wonderful brand, but this location is one of the few bad ones that I have encountered. The staff are very PUSHY and even rude at times. I usually enjoy shopping at Lulu at other locations, but I avoid going to this one. When shopping around, I feel like I am being watched and am literally afraid to touch an item because an educator will immediately run up to me and try to sell the item before I have even properly checked it out. The staff jumps in with their unsolicited opinions in the dressing room, at check out, etc. I don't know why this place is so bad, the other Lulus are great with striking a balance of friendly but not overwhelming!
It's a shop that sells pretty expensive clothing for god's sake, staff should be trained to remove the dang anti-theft device, we live far away so can't go back right away to take that off..
This is the worst experience I've ever had in the lululemon store. Total lack of professionalism from salesperson, Greta. I bought the winter down jacket last year and only wore it a few times before I noticed the zipper is broken. I paid for this jacket more than $200. Greta offered for me to fix the zipper but I have to wait almost 2 MONTHS!!!! It is end of December now so I my jacket will be fixed end of February/beginning of March. Wow I need this coat now and the next few weeks. I will not need this jacket in the spring.
Moreover, Greta offered me $99 store credit lol.(the cheapest long sleeve shirt costs more than $70). I'm very disappointed and sad.
Greta was very unpleasant, unprofessional, disrespectful and unhelpful.
For the price you pay for these clothes Greta should at least meet basic standards of customer service.
Please stay away from this store!!!!!
Big store with a large selection and a very helpful (and not pushy) staff. Could have used more variety of colors in the different styles.
Said they close at 7pm on Sunday, Showed up at 645pm on Sunday to buy black pants and items i picked from online and they were closed! Couldnt buy anything, doors locked.
