I had a terrible experience at this Barry's location. I arrived early as a drop in and was assigned a treadmill (which I received an email that confirmed I was in that spot). I waited around for 20 minutes before class during which they must have moved me and assigned someone else to that treadmill. I entered the workout space and went to the treadmill I was assigned when I checked-in. I was warming up at a jog when one of the managers tapped me on the shoulder and told me I was at the wrong treadmill. He then moved me all the way to the end of the treadmills. The class wasn't full so I did the whole workout basically alone; there were 4 stations between me and the next person. The instructor didn't even bother coming to the far end of the room to demo exercises.
This location is rude and poorly managed.

I always get a good workout, nice vibe, and great coaches for encouragement. Love the low lighting as well during workouts.

Danny is a great instructor! The classes are some of the best workouts I've ever had! Pro tip pre-order a smoothie for after your work out! It's the right amount of extra! Great work outs!

Best place in Chicago to get a great work out in and get fit! Challenging yet fun 100% for 60 min. Friendly staff, accommodating class schedule, and VERY clean facilities including locker room. Highly recommend!

Mean Girl Central. I think it all starts with the instructors. If your employees talk down to customers then you can be pretty sure that customers will be mean to one another.
