In a little over a week of working with Courtney and Ryan at OTG, I've found the confidence to actually attend a workout class, learned the basics of building a healthy routine and lifestyle, and become motivated to make myself and my personal well being a priority. The classes are high energy, informational, and only 30 minutes - which is truly for those of us on the go. The recipe guides and meal planning is a god send for those of us who don't quite know how to be both productive and make healthy diet choices, the best part is it doesn't feel like a gym + diet regiment. I would recommend OTG for anyone looking to make improvements in any aspect of their lifestyle. I've never lifted weights or taken the time to make healthy chances in my diet and Courtney, Ryan and the OTG has made it both easy and enjoyable.
