I've always been a pilates fan and had been hopping around different studios in the city for a while. As nice as the various spots I attended were, they were just missing...something. Then I found Harmony and I am so thankful I did. The instructors are all amazing - incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Tara, the owner, brings a passion and dedication to her studio and clients that I have not experienced elsewhere. If you are in the market for a pilates studio, I highly recommend you give Harmony a shot.

The instructors at Harmony keep me interested in returning for something new each week. I participate in a class 3-4 times a week. I have worked through various injuries and the instructors work with me to figure out modifications that allow me to get the most benefit with the least disruptions to the class participants and my regime. Harmony has a welcoming inclusive environment that focuses on your mental and physical well being.

IHarmony changed my life! I took my first mat class at the studio seven years ago, and the rest is history :) Laura, the owner and all of the instructors are truly a breath of fresh air. The studio is so warm and welcoming. I feel at home every time I walk through the doors. If you are interested in trying pilates, I highly encourage you to give Harmony a chance.

I cannot say enough great things about this studio. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I usually see the same person, but when scheduling issues arise, I am able to schedule with someone else easily. All of the instructors I have worked with make individual private sessions meet my specific needs. I always feel challenged, energized and taller when I am done with a session. I would recommend any person to Harmony because the staff are more than qualified to assist an individual on whatever the goal of an individual may be!

I have been going to Harmony for about 6 years and I am still never sick of it! The instructors are incredibly dedicated and present in the moment, providing top-notch service that come from their fantastic training.. The atmosphere is quiet and soothing, minimalistic but soft. The vibe in the studio is hushed but energized, the perfect atmosphere for enjoying and getting the most out of your workout... there is a concerted effort to minimize distractions which makes it easy to get and stay focused! I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful instructors at Harmony! Through the years, they have helped me improve my strength, flexibility, posture, body awareness, and find my waistline again after back to back pregnancies - all the while providing friendly encouragement, sincere interest, and motivation on those days when it's needed most! Pilates at Harmony has really made maintaining my fitness a pleasant experience... I highly recommend it!!

Harmony is an amazing Pilates studio! I used to take Pilates (and teach Pilates, if you want full disclosure) but most recently was a bit of a barre class junkie. I returned to Pilates after several years of barre class, and I am so glad I did. I had a baby 2 years ago, and I haven't felt this good in several years.

I love taking classes at Harmony. One of the things that really appealed to me, when looking at different Pilates studios, was the mat class schedule. There is so much variety and I buy the unlimited monthly pass, which is $150. I take class about 4 times a week, and never take the same class in a week. One day I'm in Pilates, one day TRX, another day is Xtend Barre and finally, my beloved Cardiolates class.

Cardiolates. Why are more people not taking this? It's amazing. It's all cardio. But you are jumping on a trampoline! Cardio has never been this easy to work into your life! It's so much more fun than running on a treadmill and it's so much better for your joints. Bonus: It's great for your lymphatic system and immune system, on top of the cardio you are getting. My skin is glowing.

Also, I have seen a dramatic difference in my body. The combination of doing Cardiolates and Pilates, and Xtend Barre as well, has helped me to lose several inches in about 6 months. Wish I had measured before I started. I had to buy a whole new wardrobe.:)

The teachers here are outstanding. Laura, the owner, is a no-nonsense instructor, which I love. She can teach a class of advanced and beginning students at the same time, and her advanced students are just as challenged as her beginners. My abs are still on fire from her class this morning. There is also a never dull moment as each class is completely different than the next. It's hard to get bored. All the teachers here are great. I took a private with Jamila once that changed my life, and both Katie and Tara are outstanding in both mat and private classes.

Space is limited in the mat classes. I wish there was more room in the mat room, as occasionally I cannot get into a class I want to take. But I put thought into my schedule in advance, so that I can get into the classes I need. It's worth it.

Lastly, but very importantly, whenever I email or call the studio for scheduling or with questions, I always get a prompt and precise response. Katrina runs the desk like a well-oiled machine which makes your experience at the studio even better. Check out their schedule and sign up for a class right now!
