Very good training atmosphere. Coaches are very in tune with your ability and ensure you are performing every skill accurately to prevent injury. Not your typical grungy crossfit box. Very clean and orderly. Recommend this box to anyone of any age and fitness level.
A Great Crossfit gym, clean, well run, amazing coaches. Been a member for about a year and have never felt better, the coaches are amazing at working on technique and pushing you to do your absolute best.
