I've never actually stepped foot in this establishment, but can you tell you that customer service is top notch. Someone left their keys in the church of my grandmother's funeral, and there were both Panera and Club Pilates member cards on the lanyard. Panera could only tell me the first name. I started calling around to area Club Pilates. The first lady told me she could only look up members at her location, and the number from the card didn't match anyone in their database. The second location didn't answer their phone after three tries. The third location said she didn't know how to look it up. The fourth location said she filtered it to encompass all locations, but still couldn't help me. I wasn't giving up. So I called Ellen at this Chicago location. She did the same search, BUT took my name and number and said she would contact tech support to have them dig deeper. Within half an hour, she called me back with the name of the owner of the missing keys! She went above and beyond to help me and we (myself and the owner of the keys) are so very thankful!! Thank you, Ellen!!
