I purchased the 5mm Reversible Mat for hot yoga and was disappointed that it didn't grip as promised. When I went to return the mat (within the 30 days, with receipt and original packaging) I was told they would not accept the return or offer me a refund because it was used. The return policy on the receipt and website reads: "Product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached and accompanied by its original receipt." Though none of that language seems to apply to accessories (the mat was neither worn, washed nor sold with a hangtag), it apparently applies to *all* products sold by the company. Furthermore, their "Quality Promise" (which reads: "If our product doesn't perform for you, we'll take it back") does not apply to actual performance. Lululemon corporate went onto explain this only applies to manufacturer defects, not how the product performs when used. Lots of vague language, poor performance, poor customer service. Will not be purchasing anything again from a company that operates so rigidly.
