I love this studio, a true escape and oasis nestled in Wicker Park. Every instructor I interact with is so kind, generous, and helpful (Siobhan, Stephanie, Lauren, Caitlin, Claire, and Jennifer are in my regular rotation and bring such positive energy to the mat - true professionals with incredible knowledge of their craft). Colleen, the owner, is fantastic (as is the rest of the staff). As far as the facility itself: essential oil diffusers help achieve a very soothing environment, and the studio & bathroom are always kept very clean. Kombucha on tap is an added plus, especially refreshing after a power vinyasa class. Classes are always of reasonable size (5-15ish people, large on a Saturday morning class or during a crowd fav Hip Hop Vinyasa), which lets you enjoy a very intimate experience. Overall, a fabulous studio with incredible instructors and yogis and great classes throughout the day. If you live in the area (or even if you don't) - this is the place to practice.

I love this place! Since moving to Chicago in 2012, I've tried nearly every yoga studio on the north side. I discovered Mirepoix about a year ago, and haven't looked back.

At first, I was a little unsure about their set-up with the mats pre-laid out, but I now find this super convenient as it makes getting to and leaving class really easy. No more dragging my own yoga mat around town, on the bus, my bike, etc. You literally just walk into Mirepoix and everything is set up for you. And then when class is over, you just walk out. No need to clean or roll up the mat. They take care of it all.

I also love that most classes are just 60 minutes. At a lot of other studios, the classes are 75-90 minutes. I find these longer classes tend to waste a lot of time with chit-chat, slow starts, and drawn-out endings. I'll take an efficient 60-minute class over a languid 90-minute class any day. As a working parent, this extra 30 minutes is precious, and on many nights it can make the difference between whether or not I can attend class at all.

Probably my favorite yoga studio in Chicago. I'm pretty sporadic with my yoga but every time I come here I leave thinking I need to come back and practice more often!

Just went to this studio for a drop in and had an amazing experience! The environment was welcoming, clean, and uncluttered. I had a tough class with Charlotte, but she was really accommodating and helpful. It was really nice to be at a non-corporate studio. At no point did I feel like they were trying to upsell me on their products, and compared to Core Power, this place was cheaper! Overall, loved the place and will definitely be back!

I love this studio, a true escape and oasis nestled in Wicker Park. Every instructor I interact with is so kind, generous, and helpful. The owner, Jill, is genuinely one of the kindest people I have met, and you can tell how passionate she is about her studio. As far as the facility itself: essential oil diffusers help achieve a very soothing environment, and the studio & bathroom are always kept very clean. Kombucha on tap is an added plus, especially refreshing after a power vinyasa class. Classes are always of reasonable size (5-12 people), which lets you enjoy a very intimate experience. Overall, a fabulous studio with incredible instructors and yogis and great classes throughout the day. If you live in the area (or even if you don't) - this is the place to practice.
